Where in Washington? - A video conferencing project connecting classrooms throughout the state in an effort to learn about Washington state geography and history. Each classroom creates a presentation about their city or town. The other classrooms, using maps, the Internet, textbooks, and other resources, will try to 'guess' where all classrooms are located.

Where in the United States? - A video conferencing project connecting classrooms throughout the country in an effort to learn about U.S. geography and history. Each classroom creates a presentation about their city or town. The other classrooms, using maps, the Internet, textbooks, and other resources, will try to 'guess' where all classrooms are located.

Passport to Cultures - What role does food play in different cultures around the world and how is food historically, religiously, economically, geographically, environmentally and technologically relevant to different cultures and their traditions? The goal of this project is to create interest and share knowledge and resources in cultural and food/health issues by developing an interactive educational web site.

Journey Across America - This project was a part of the Model Classroom area of "Tomorrow's Classroom 2000: A New Journey" held on August 17, 2000 in Seattle. The project is a collaboration of efforts by secondary students from the Meridian and Snoqualmie Valley School Districts.
